The fully equipped open kitchen leads to an indoor dining area with air conditioning. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a television, and a bright area to relax, connected to a second room surrounded by windows with direct access to the terrace and pool, creating a perfect harmony between indoors and outdoors.

Outside, the villa has two independent rooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Villa Tulip is a cosy and bright 112 m² villa distributed over two floors, ideal for families of up to 8 people looking to enjoy a peaceful stay near the sea, with an outdoor area and all the comforts to feel at home in Jávea.

On the main floor, there is a charming naya that leads to a spacious and comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing moments. This floor also features two bedrooms: one with twin beds and another with a double bed, both sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a practical workspace with a desk.

From the living room and kitchen, you access the large 220 m² terrace, a space designed for outdoor enjoyment: private pool, sun loungers, chill-out area, and a covered outdoor dining area, ideal for long meals under the Mediterranean sky.

The lower floor hosts two additional bedrooms, both with double beds. One of them, the master bedroom, stands out for its en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has a complete bathroom with a separate shower.
