Booking Terms & Conditions | Marhen Homes
By completing a booking with Marhen Homes, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We recommend reading them carefully, as they constitute the agreement between you (the guest) and us (the accommodation provider).
1. Booking and Confirmation
To confirm a booking, the guest must pay the amount due within the timeframe specified at the time of booking. Key handover will only occur if the full amount has been paid within the established deadlines. By booking, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of the rest of the group and accept these terms in full.
2. Payment Conditions
The total cost of the stay must be paid within the indicated timeframes.
Payment can be made using the secure methods provided.
A cleaning fee will be applied to all stays, as indicated during the booking process.
A damage deposit will be charged to the provided card before arrival for the amount communicated and will be refunded within 7 business days after departure if no damages are found.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
In case of cancellation by the guest outside the free cancellation period or in case of no-show, the agreed cancellation policy will apply.
In the unlikely event that Marhen Homes must cancel your booking, the full amount paid will be refunded, but no liability will be assumed for external costs such as transport or other guest-arranged services.
4. Check-in, Check-out and Stay
All guests must register online before key handover, in accordance with current hospitality regulations.
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 10:00.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
If arrival is delayed, you must inform us to coordinate key handover.
5. House Rules
Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, and gatherings are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
Bookings from groups under 25 years of age are not accepted.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
The guest agrees to take care of the property, furniture, and equipment, and to respect community and cohabitation rules.
Utility costs (water, electricity, gas, etc.) are included in the booking price, provided there is responsible usage and unless otherwise specified in the property’s conditions.
6. Included Services and Responsibilities
The accommodation includes bed linen, bath towels, and welcome amenities (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper).
Once used, consumables are not replenished.
The guest is responsible for locking the property during their stay and upon departure, for safeguarding personal belongings, and for leaving the property in a reasonable condition.
7. Damage Deposit
The deposit is charged before arrival.
It will be refunded after check-out if no damage or extraordinary cleaning is required.
In case of issues, the amount will be withheld, and written notification will be provided within 7 days until full cost details are available.
8. Complaints
Any deficiency or issue must be reported within 24 hours of arrival in order to be managed effectively.
